Problem with lights on my S-10

I have a 2000 S-10 with a fuse/lights problem. I currently have no parking lights/tail lights, or dash lights. In the fuse/relay box under the hood, there is a 20A fuse marked parklp that keeps blowing when the headlight switch is turned on. In addition, if I start the engine and release the parking brake (It's a manual trans), the headlights comeon, and I have normal function (dim/bright, etc). However, as soon as I turn on the headlight switch, they dim down to the daylight running lights, and stay that way until I turn off the headlight switch and restart the engine.

Help!

I just found it, and haven't had the time to try it. But it does have several topics including a lot of auto electric problems

Took a look. For fuse blowing repeatedly, it says "seek cause of fuse blowing"!

No kidding...
