|
Know of any good air cooled Beetle forums?
I just aquired a 68 Beetle and am looking to do some performance engine work.
I have been looking on the www. a bit for forums but haven't had any luck yet. Anyone know of a few good ones, speak up....

well THIS forum sure wouldn't help. no one else is intersted in performance here.

I've been building up my 69 beetle and when i have questions about parts i go to a store called united auto parts which deals with all volkswagen cars. Try checking out a store that deals with bugs and ask them if u cant find what u need here.

it's a totally cool place for information on beetles. I'm doing a resto-custom job on my currently out-of-comission 1966 Bug (see, that's why I'm BrokenBeetle66), and I've been using that site as a resource. They have an entire forum devoted to performance and engine mods. The site is basically half forums and half ebay-ish. The last part is basically a huge online swap meet where you can usually find some pretty good deals on parts and stuff. Good luck!!
