Supercharging and engine cover?

Hey guys

Im looking at Supercharging my '05 Tibby, but also want to do a bit of show and shine with the engine bay and chrome the covers (those on the newtiburon.com forums may have seen the one on ebay) So i want to know with the avail supercharge kits, can you still have the engine cover on over the top of it all? thanks heaps

Re: Supercharging and engine cover?

you can have the alpine on, and jus cut the top third of the engine piece, or have the ripp sds and have the engine cover fit and no mods needed

Re: Supercharging and engine cover?

I personally like the SDS because it looks hidden under all the covers but thats just my opinion.

Re: Supercharging and engine cover?

I might cover it because i want to make my tib look like a sleeper, jus rims and neon underlight kit on the exterior and put all my money into the engint. you can still see the SDS with the cover but its not as noticble.........probably won't cover it anyways though cause I like to showoff, espicially if I have a s/c under the hood(sorry im like contradicting my self)

Re: Supercharging and engine cover?

if you get rims, and a neon kit.. theres no way your tib will be a sleeper....

and whats under your hood doesnt need to be hidden.. you dont ride around without a hood, so whats teh point in "hiding" what you have... i hate when people think that way...

ohh my tibs gonna be a sleeper, so ima keep the engine covers on.. because teh guy im racing might have exray vision and see through my hood
cmon seriously now

haha he might be racing superman and if you have rims and neon kit it defintly wont be a sleeper putting neons on it is like putting a big sign on your car that says hey i've done work to my car
