Re: help need more fuel?
Huh?! Why an LS computer? USE A SOHC VTEC computer. Why on earth would you use an LS ECU?
You should have plenty of fuel without injectors. People only need more fuel when they have things that need more fuel, like wild cams, or forced induction or something. I hear lots of people doing this to basically stock motors and it baffles me. I mean, I realize its cheap, but where do you think all the extra fuel is going when you're putting it in there?! |

the only option i have right now is a ls computer wiht the msd vtec turn on. soo even with this worng setup well it still be getting enough gas win vtec turns on or not? i heard vtec takes more gas win it turns on. im not sure if thats true or not but i thought i would check it out. and the guys around here dont ever do any thing right. what is the right computer and how much power am i going to loose with the ls computer?

Re: help need more fuel?
how exactly will the vtec turn on? an ls computer is not set up for vtec. you would need a vtec controller or a gsr ecu. The reason i know this is because i was gonna do the ls/vtec and my best bet was a vtec controller. since the ls ecu does not reconize vtec

are you planning on keeping it obd0 or are you gonna opt for obd1? Also, changing the injectors to the blue tops =
Even if you did throw them in, your O2 sensor is still gonna do its job of keeping it between 200-800 millivolts, so it will lean it out like woah. If you ever did want to deliver more fuel, programming the ecu is the best bet. But you wont need to worry about that till, like SiZ said, crazy ass cam or forced induction of some sort.

Re: help need more fuel?
I don't think you can even use the LS ecu and then use vtec. That really don't make any sence. As for injectors the stock ones are fine. 450cc are way to big unless you are going turbo. You may wanna do some more reserch on this hole LS ecu thing and try to hit the junkyard and get another ECU like SI and a vtec switch (msd is fine). Somethin........
