turning coilover sleeve upside down?

I have a 93 Si and some really cheap coilovers. It has a decent stance but the front coilovers are all the way down and its far from dumped. I am desperately saving for an h22 and was trying to think of a cheap way to dump it a little more(without heating or cutting springs). The threaded sleeve on the coilover is threaded all the way toward the top of the strut but the threads stop about an inch from the bottom of the strut, I was thinking about turning that threaded sleeve upside down if it would give me that much more drop or would it cause any problems? Or maybe I can just put the spring on and not the sleeve at all. I would lose the ability to lift it back up if needed but im not worried about that.

Also I need a camber kit for the front, +1.5 degrees. Any suggestions on something good for decent price? I have two cheap adjustable ball joints on the rear that I got off ebay for like 60 bucks and they work but are such a pain in the ass to keep from throwing tow off at the same time(which is really bad going down the road).
