T&C passenger side window doesn't roll down

I have an odd problem with the pass side window. When I bought the car seller mentioned that power window doesn't work and I figured that it has to be the motor wich I had replaced recently. Window went up but it doesn't go down, so the motor was ok. Switch on the left door doesn't work too, and central lock system only unlocks, but doesn't lock.
Anybody has an idea what might be wrong?

What's this and were is it located? can I replace it by myself? By the way, just replaced both switches but the problem still remains...

I've replaced motor AND the regulator, as they come in one piece.. still doesn't work

Sounds like youre not getting power to the switches. Id check all the connections for proper voltage.

I do have the power on the switches, window goes up, remember? Also, when the switch is in down position, somehow I have + and + on the motor... maybe something is wrong with the wires?
