I have a 97 chrysler cirrus that for some reason likes to act possesed here lately. The dome light and door open bell well tuen on and off at anytime it pleases. Have had fuses checked and replaced and problem persits. If any 1 has has any suggestions or anseres please reply i am so lost.

sounds like you have a defective body control module, it controls the door chime and dome lights.

It's also possible that you might have a patch of bare wire from the door trigger lead. If that hits metal, it would cause the dome light to come on and the chime to go off if the key is in the ignition.
