Ebay has the face plates.Go to auto parts, search GTP, and the y have a couple ones there.

I want to change the guage to the white guage and put blue bulbs inside the guage

i purchased mine on ebay. Its the white face gauge cover! you dont have to replace the factory bulbs. Also your factory bulbs in your insturment cluster are clear, there is a red tint in the plastic. you may want to reconsider adding this in because your IC wont match the rest of your lights in your car. I changed all most all of my lights to blue because your other bulbs have orange condom covers on them and just replaced them with blue ones
