Need answers

I have a 90 Celica ST. It has the 4A-FE in it with a few mods. Im currently sitting on an estimated 130-135hp. Would it be easier to swap the engine out of it and put in a 4A-GZE or a 4AGE then turbo it? My original plans were to go with a 3SGTE but after much thought on how expensive it would be and the amount of extra strength Tylenol I would need to buy I decided not to. Or I could go with the 3SGE and then turbo that? But the main question is which one is direct bolt on the 4AGZE or the 4AGE? I know that any engine I decide to put in there is going to need some custom modification work needed done to it. Can someone help me with some of my questions?
