Exclamation Please Help, Manual Trans Problems! Please !

i have a 1993 1.8l lx-e ... 5spd trans. i shifted into third.. it got stuck, i put it on a lift, all the connectinos look decent... cant figure it out... anyone run into a simular problem? i wiggled the shit out of the shifter and managed to get it into 5th and reverse but only a couple times. anyone out there.. i need help please, this i smy daily driver... im so screwed at the time....
sounds liek it would be shift linkages.. but there all looking good.... i suspect a broken or bent fork in the trans...

not hard, i shift somewat fast sometimes, but i cant imagen enough to hurt anything

check the trans fluid. It may needs changing. It happened to my fiesta 15 years ago.
