Flashers flashing to fast!

Ok all. I need some help. I have a 97' Wrangler 4.0 and my signals are acting funny. Sometimes, not all the time they will start blinking really fast. Doesn't matter if it is to the left or right. Also, when I have my loghts on and this happens the signal on the dash will stay lit. Sometimes it will go off by itself and other times will stay on for awhile.

I looked all over for the flasher relays, thinking maybe it is my problem but I cant seem to find them anywhere. Anyone able to tell me what I need to do to fix this problem? Also could someone tell me if I do need to change the relay where it is located on the 97' Wrangler. Any and all help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Probably a short somewhere.

Check all your wires, connections, and grounds.
