I think it's pretty cool. I'd love to see something like that here in the States. I saw a tuned one on Hot Version, and even with just 100hp, it looked like lots of fun.
I bought one in GT4(red, to match Tsukamoto's), and dominated the K-car races.

Cool Cappucino
I saw one really cool capo
The engine was replaced with a hayabusa engine (180 hp) and it had a custom made supercharger kit. with the supercharge it had more than 260 hp  It had a tottaly wild acceleration
