New Project

Picked up a new project a week or so ago at a garage sale for a couple of bucks. So far I've just put new wheels on it. I plan to, shave everything, lower it, and paint it primer red or flat green.

Yeah those are the ones, old ones were a bit smaller and didn't have wide whites. I cant stand those over-sized wheels people try to put on.
