Locked Ignition Cylinder 94 SL2

A close friend of mine recently discovered the ignition cylinder (tumbler) on his 94 SL2 has gone bad. The key is stuck in the tumbler on the ACC position. The car is in park, etc, etc. I have already ordered the new tumbler but cannot determine how to remove the old tumbler. There are no visible bolts on the cylinder casing. I've read on a variety of other cars it is necessary to drill a small hole in a specific spot on the casing to access a release pin to remove the tumbler. Does anyone know if this is true for the 94 SC2? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I cannot honesly believe Saturn would need you to drill into anything to replace the cylinder. Try out the repair guides at autozone.com That site usually helps me out. You might also try loading up genuineoem.com for prices on parts for the same vehicle.
