Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

make it spark better, and faster. Mostly used for NOS. Figure it this way, when you hit the gas this will make sure that the spark gets there quicker. Aa far as it's affects, well that depends on your motor and what has been done to it.

By the way, what would the best headers be for the price? Anyone or any groups of you, have something that you really like and noticed a big difference from one brand to the other?

Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

The power core basically just gives you a hotter spark, but you will only notice a difference if you are running boost. So if you not, there are other ways to blow money. Its header singular. We only have one. I have the Pace setter ceramic coated one here in a box waiting to recieve its purpose in life. Ran me 230 shipped. They all basically do the same thing, but stay away from the black painted pace setter.

Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

hey CRJ just random question,

Thinking of getting the 4 to 1 Ceramic coated header from pace setter along with their catback exhaust (current catback was a lousy job with a custom bend) and a high flow cat. What do you think?

here ya go for links

Header:

Exhaust

Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

All i am going to say is you get what you pay for. Thumbs up on the header, i think you can do better than that cat back. Not everyone has the resources that i have so i am not going to list what i have going in for the header back. BUt i think a magnaflow or RKsport cat back would be better. OH and don't order through High rev. their customer service suck ballz.

Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

jebus. 500 bucks for a good cat back eh? I'd better start saving. I was lured by the low price of that pacesetter cat back, anyone have anything to say about that one?

Re: What would this exactly do for my car?

In my world i buy a cat and a muffler and take it to the local muffler shop and have them install it. This last time i crawled under there with a welder and did it myself but when i put my new header on and stuff i will go to the shop. Cat-back systems have their advantages if you pay the price
