need some help. anybody?????
ok heres the deal, i am trying to put a picture as my avatar and it says that it is too big. Is there any way to make the picture smaller so I can use it??? I dont get this stuff

I had to reinstall Windows on my computer awhile back, and when I did...Paint went away. Whish is no fun b/c now i can't do screenshots or anything.

Tony Stewart, go into Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Under Windows Components, make sure paint is ticked (I think it's in accessories).
