Where is the COntrol Panel or User Cp, I can't find it anywere!

Look up towards the top of the page. Locate the automotivearticles.com ad with the pic of the car. The word "user cp" is next to that.The ad is below the darker blue bar which contains the links for the homepage, forums, gallery, etc. Hope that helps.
