Angry 92 GA, 2.3 quad OHC running rough

Ok here is my problem that boggles me. First I just recently changed my alternator. After a day my car started running really rough on idling and when you accelerate, the car feels like its flooding and it will stalls. No problem starting it again but it runs rough and won't go anywhere without stalling. Need serious help please.

Did you try getting any trouble codes from it?
