Try this, but am sure there are better ways to do it. When you paste your decal on the car, select the layer and try to reduce the opacity, its usually about its ~70. I don't know if i answered your question? A Pro may disagree with my technique!

he could just be realy awsome with photoshop... read some tutorials and then done it i mean first chop doesent REALY mean first time ever using the program...

personaly dood i have been making alot of chops... i sorta think that my first one was AWSOME!
