Where To Buy '89 Engine New
Just bought a 1989 trooper 2 and i love it, it has 207,000 on the engine
Advanced auto parts has new motors for $1100.00, 3 year 150,000 mile warranty, auto zone the same, but where do i buy the BEST quality motor with the best warranty?? Also, where do i buy all of the best upgrades, i mean come on ive got to go faster than 50 up the mountian, someone tell me everything possible to juice it up , cost is not a problem, but i dont want to do any major modification( just take old off bolt new on type stuff, or replacing the cam is ok) And what is the best and most detailed manual for it, the haynes one sucks. Thanks

Upgrades
www.Independent4x.com has a good bit of upgrades for Troopers. They also have the best price for the Holley Throttle Body kit that I have found. Holley doesn't support the Trooper for this part, but they support the S10 and S10 Blazer with the same motor???
