Buying a transfer case
How much would a used transfercase run me for a 79 bronco with a 351Cleveland and a C-4 trans and a 9inch rear end

Which transfer case?
Ford used a few of them. Do you have the part # from the one that you have now? Is it a New Process or Borg Warner? (There are a few of each.) My 87 and 88 both used the 13-56 B/W. http://broncograveyard.com/products/cat/20/156 That can give you an idea of how the market runs. Looks like the NP 205 can be had for $300, the B/W for about $995. (PM me if you'd like the 13-56 BW I pulled from my '88)
