I do hope you mean v6, good luck on fitting an i6 between ur wheels- but to be blunt, it would take a lot.

Re: auto cross
if you are autocrossing, then wouldnt you want to cut down the weight? anyways a V6 motor would be to big and heavy for a corolla and would throw off the weight distribution...which i assume would mean bad news for your autocrossing career

Re: Re: auto cross
hey dude,
i am auto crossing my 96 corolla it is as stock as it could be.. all i have done is dropped in a K&N filter. and let me tell you I have kicked asses in my stock 100 Hp, 95 torque corolla. right now i am restricted by my 3 spd auto tranny and really crappy tires. well i just got the car 2 months ago and the 1st week of me having the car i went auto-crossing. i dont know how ur car handles but my car could use sway bars. remember in auto-crossing u can do whatever the hell u want with the front sways but dont even look at rears. but i have seen a lot of peole with thicker sways in the rear and not a single person complained. dont get me wrong i agree the car is under powered by in my case i could do a whole lot more if i didnt have horrendous body roll. by the way i am in WNY region, which region do u auto-x in. maybe we can compete together sometime. |
