standard or upgraded emissions
have a few problems with the metro its a 94 1.0 xfi 5 speed need to know to tell if it has standard or upgraded emissions

o yeah also my windsheild wipers dont like to work when its realy cold out there not frosen or any think like thatits been dry any ideas would be great thanks

Pretty sure you have Upgraded emmisions with your '94 stick. You can tell for sure by looking at your throttle body and see if it has a preheater where the throttle body bolts onto the intake manifold. The upgraded emmisions set has this preheater.
As a side bit of trivia, I believe the '94 automatic (Canadian) was assembled with the standard emmisions set.

hey thanks mine has the preheater and a bad egr valve (the result of carbon build up in it)
