How much do you think a dealer would give me for this car?

It's a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am 2.4L 132,000 miles on it. It runs nice and has a nice interior. Without test driving it how much would you take? Or think that a dealer would take for it?

Honestly, it depends on the dealer. Most of the time they will give you way below blue book. A guess off the top of my head without looking it up onlin, they'll offer you anywhere $50-$2,500 at most, if i had to guess, again it depends on the dealer, you bring it to a honda dealer they'll give you nothing for it, another pontiac dealer may give you more... Price it out, you might be better off selling it on Ebay if it's in good condition as you say physically. Without seeing or driving, I would say the car is roughly worth between $2500-$4000 to get yourself a better idea go to www.kbb.com

Re: How much do you think a dealer would give me for this car?

ask 2200 for it - it would sell instantly.

But it's worth a little bit more like grfnkl said
