2001 backup light bulb replacement

how do you get at the bulb to replace it,

also is there a plug back there anywhere for trailer light wires

My 2002 LS has a trailer connection wire set which was tucked away behind the jack behind the jack access panel. Very handy. I haven't done backup lights but I believe you access them from the same area.

2001 GMC safari AWD with tow tranny package
For your backup lights, there should be 2 screws set back behind the panel, look hard, their easy to miss. The rest is easy- bulb out, bulb in.
