I've decided that all this stress over getting a Skyline is too much. Its too difficult to obtain one because the system is working against us. The Skyline is going to be my 'old man' car. The type of car your dad finally got after years of wanting one. Like the '57 Chevy classic that he was finally able to obtain and restore. I WILL have my Skyline. I will just be bald and grey when I do.
Kinda funny when you think about it. If I hand built a car in my garage with no certified training in engineering or safety, I could get it legal in the US as a hot rod. Aparently the US thinks that Japan is allowing its citizens to drive around these crazy super usafe-wecanneverletourpeopledrivethiscar- Skylines. Makes perfect sense for our government.
I'm 27 now. I guess I will wait untill the 25 years is up on my GTR. Hopefully they won't change the law and make it longer by then.
