Question 2000 GP Climate Control Problem

I need help with some trouble shooting.
I have a 2000 GP GTX with 3800 engine. I have an intermittent electrical problem. The climate control (heater/AC/Fan) and the information center (Mileage/Range/Oil Life) do not have power - the auto head lamps do not work either. At times the system(s) do work correctly , and then go dead again. The proper fuse circuit behind the glove box does have power even when the system is not functioning.
The radio, instruments, heads up display all work correctly without any trouble.
Temperature, vibration etc. do not appear to affect the problem. My battery and charging system measure +14 volts at all times.
Any ideas suggestions would be appreciated.
