95 Transport

Strange thing just happened yesterday when driving at 90-100 kms. If you press the gas pedal it seems to feel like the engine if jerking or not getting enough fuel.

Any suggestions? New spark plugs?

When mine started that show, trying to overtake was a real challenge....
I would be told it is the fuel pump,the fuel filter, the ignition pack....! While all of the above could have been possible, that was none of that stuff. In fact, I found the MAF sensor to be dirty:

the key element is a small shiny wire across the intake throat and that was covered by kind of gray claylike material . (my fault: had run it without an air filter for a little while) Used Q tip or artist paintbrush with alcohol to clean it up and all returned to normal.
Cleaning it will cost nothing but 2 drops of alcohol . If not that, will check for something else later.
