Re: RSX Type-S

On the a2 for a stage I turbo I wouldnt push it past about 10psi which depending on which turbo you get should put you at just under 300hp. If your going to turbo the k20a2 you might as well start off with stage 2 with some pistons that will drop your compression a good bit then boost it all day long. What kind of turbo are you looking at getting? Is it a kit or is it going to be pieced up by you?

Also check out cybernations turbo kits, thats going to be your best choice for the a2.

well im looking on getting a kit wich i think would be the best since it comes with most of the stuff. The car is gonna be a daily driven car so i dont want to be boosting that much but i do wanna be smoking some slow v8 cars. Im guessing a nice complete turbo kit would run about 2g's??? if im wrong or if u know any cheaper ones please tell me i would like the kit to come with an intecooler.

Re: RSX Type-S

The cheapest kit that i know of is the greddy kit, but I dont think it comes with an intercooler. I think the kit can be found for around 2400 bucks. I still say you go with the cybernation kit, it comes with an intercooler and with its guardian fuel managment you dont have to worry about hitting up a dyno to get it tuned as i have heard that it learns by itself.

But if you go with the greddy kit you can always pick up an intercooler off of ebay for pretty cheap. Just remember when it comes to high performance stuff you get what you pay for.
