infinty or maxima

Hi,

I am checking 2004 models and lot of rebates on these 2 models and price difference is not much but still i see lot of maximas on road as comare to infiniti i35(supose to be luxury model). so what is the best bet to buy infintiy for 26000 or maxima for 23-24k and why people prefer buying maxima as compare to infinti?

Thanks

Re: infinty or maxima

you can's get the I35's in 6 speed manual like you can in the maxima's, for people like me that's the biggest deciding factor. plus the the infiniti's tend to be heavier due to all the extra luxury stuff. i prefer the '04 I35 to the maxima because it didn't get the new redesign, i think it's a lot better looking. the infiniti will also hold its value better than the maxima.
