please help

yea i have a 95 neon SOHC i just did the headgasket all belts hoses and waterpump and front brakes .i just started to get vibration side to side motion its not the tires there brand new and balanced and not the bearings ..i am guessing it is the cv joints but just wanted to ask around before i do anything the vibration starts around 45 mph please help thanx
