cav troubles

I got some questions could somebody please help me out

1) as soon as i hit 110+km/h my car vibrates
2)check engine light just turned on
3)cav has slight studder when idling at light like it will run run little studder run run little studder don't know why could it be fuel filter
4)i want to change my tranny oil i have searched this site but am unable to find step by step instructions for a manual tranny
5)cav suspension squeeks especially when it's really cold
6)it's rally season and my hand brake catches really high i need to adjust it so it catches lower how do i do this

What year car?, Which model/engine and what tranny?. If your check engine light is on, your cars trying to tell you whats wrong with it.

If the light came on there is a code stored. i would have it checked and go from there.

Vibration could come from wheels being out of balance.

the code was P0440A I know it's EVAP and i know that's its not the fuel cap what else could it be

for the shaking it could be wheel bearings, for the studdering my 02 2.2L does the same thing but im not too worried bout it but i would check the the plugs, wires, air filter, and gas filter.
