Angry replacing the fuel filter

ok...now for a much more intriguing question....my fuel filter needs replacement in the worst way but, i belive i found it underneeth the power steering pump...how the heck am i supposed to get at it? it looks as if my best option is to go through the wheel well. somebody please help!


----oh yeah for the record its a 1988 s-10 blazer 2.8l 6 cyl

You can go to some quick lube places, The one I when to charged $15.00 and I brought the filter.
