Driver side door doen't open from outside.

I woke out this morning to about 7 deg. so somewhat cold. Went out to my 2000 PA and tried to open the door. The handle moves up but the door does not open. I used the remote to lock and unlock again same thing. I then went around to the passanger door and opened the door fine. Got in and was able to open from the inside. I then made sure the door was unlocked got back out to try again..still can't open. Is there anything I can try or should I just take her in.
