Question Remote Control Programming keyless entry for a 2002 Explorer eddie bauer

Can someone please offer assistance. I have a 2002 Ford explorer eddie bauer. I dont have remotes for the car.

However, I purchased new remotes (keyless entry) off Ebay for the car.

Can someone provide me programming instructions , so I can program these brand new remotes to my car. Thank You very much.

with the key in ignition turn the key on and then off then on i think it was 8 times or until you hear the door locks cycle up and down...
after that push one of the buttons on each remote...
and after you do then hut the ignition off and you are done...
