1/24 Drifting car models? Modelcraftersgp seems to have it, but is it trustworthy?

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to car modeling, and I want to build maybe some 1/12 bikes or 1/24 cars. I came across this store "Modelcrafters GP" in FSM and SCA. I did a google search and no info came up on this store.

Has anybody else heard of them or shopped from them? The free shipping promo seems to good to be true. I don't want to dump money on them and never get my kit.

Also, for the price listed of the kit I want, the Aoshima 1/24 RX-7 D1 champ winner, its $25.95. Is that too much?

Thanks for the tips, have fun modeling.
Yi-Wei

There was a thread started just last night about how this is a trustworthy site. If it relates to modeling, first search google if you want but always search this forum too...
Here is a link to the thread. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=376710

Hi guys,

Thanks for the link. I guess it was just the right timing asking about Modelcraftersgp.

Anyway, I ordered the Aoshima D1 RX-7 I was thinking about. I got an email from their staff that the kit is decent kit although it needs some work on the fender seam filling. Plus free shipping sealed the deal.

Gonna keep my fingers crossed and see if the kit ever arrives.

Have fun modeling,
Yi-Wei
