Rpm 4.3l ???

hello there..
i have a blazer 1990 4.3L 2wd

a man in the autoshop set the ignition time in my blazer and the RPM to 800.. it's that good??
or what is the Correct RMP in this truck?

if the rpm isn't correct,, where can i add more rpm???

The idle speed is controlled by the ECM.
