Unhappy integra turns off

hey everyone new on here but i really need some help ijust finshed working on my integra and it truns off after 4000 rpm's please respond

Ok and you just got done doing what to the car?
What model of integra is it?
What are some of the other symtoms if any?

but yeah me and my cousin just realined the cams for the timing but from what it seems i need to change the idle control is it true
