u.s. to jdm engine swap?

do the valve covers on the u.s. 2.5 and the japanese 3.0 the same?

2jz-gte does it say this on both?

what exactly are the differences, is the japan motor bewtter if work is done to it?

I Use to have a 1991 red 300zx 5 spd t top, with greddy exhaust, greddy intake, greddy turbo timer and boost control, jim wolf racing reprogrammed computer, greddy waste gates and blow off valves, 550cc injectors, centerforce dual friction clutch.17" Antera chrome opus ones custom offset, sumitomo htr-z (dunlop d40 m2) tires 275/40-17 10" rim rear, 235/45-17 front 8" rim.
now im lookin for a supra

The 2jz motor ethier JDM or US are the same motor. THe only difference between the two is the turbos on the US version are smaller from the factory. The motors are exactly the same. The valve cover is not going to make any difference in the matter unless your going for looks.
