Looks like a knock sensor plug and half of the knock sensor to me, it won't stop your car from starting though. How loose are the injector plugs? If they aren't making good contact then no fuel = no start.

they were very loose, 2 of them werent even connected, they are just sitting on the contacts and with about 1 gram of force, can be removed. the latch on EVERY plug is broken...and the plug on top of the intake manifold is screwed up...i think i bought an electrical nightmare.....owell, an MKIII for 200 bucks, and no rust, im still happy.
