2002 Chevy Impala New Problem

I posted earlier about a misfire on cylinder 5, the misfire is now gone, but now the check engine light is on, and staying on, indicating a problem with the emissions, according to the manual, any ideas on what the problem may be, something related to the earlier misfire, the engine doesnt shake anymore im still planning on getting another diagnostics at auto zone. any ideas would be great
