gas mileage for a99 f250 v10

yeah I just bought this 99 f250 v10 crew cab with a cap 4x4 off road and towing package for 9,900 with 90k on it could someone tell me the gas mileage cause I have to drive it accross country I want to know how much im going to spend in gas. thanks

I would plan to get around 10 to 12 MPG. Depending on what rearend gears ar in it. If it has 4:10's closer to 10 if it has 3:73's you may get 12. Just watch your RPM's on the highway you don't want to be running much over 2,400 to 2,800 RPM's.

yes that's highway. and agian the speed is all depending on your rearend gears do you know what it has?

Wow thats a good deal!! I have the same truck 01' crew cab 4x4 offroad, towing package, V10 automatic. It has 4:10 gears in it. I get 14mpg on hwy and between 10-12 in traffic.
Its not too bad. ALOT of POWER in those v10's though. You will be impressed.

i had one and it got about 10 to 12 hwy and no matter size trailer it pulled i would only get about 8
