What's the MPG on these?

I'm considering getting one of the new Mustangs, as my truck is not very practical for me. Now I'm debating whether to get an '05 GT, or a an 02-03 Cobra, or Mach 1.

Now I've tried some research, but couldn't get it all, so could somone tell me the MPG these three get? I'm basically looking for anything better than my truck (about 14-15mpg), so I doubt the Cobra is any better, but I'm still curous.

Anyways, has Ford any plans to release a Mach 1, or any other new stlyes for the new stang? I've heard of the new Cobra, but probably not in my price range.

The 2005 we drove almost 200 miles, got 23mpg, mostly highway.

Yeah, I'm strongly leaning towards getting one, how about the Mach 1's and Cobra's though?

The Cobra's MPG are 16 city and 24 highway.
The Mach 1 will have the same numbers as its engine is close to the Cobra's, without the supercharger though.

03 Mach 1, Automatic

Just checked mileage about a week ago. Combined city and highway mileage was just below 18 MPG.

Wow, I'm like 99% sure I want a Stang now, I get about 250miles, on a 20 gallon tank, and that's keeping my foot off of it. I'm pretty sold, I want a new Mustang GT, the view from the side of these things are gorgeous, not to mention the speed upgrade over my heavy truck.

I'm gonna go look at one today.

"The Mach 1 will have the same numbers as its engine is close to the Cobra's" musclestang stated that.

Re: What's the MPG on these?

as for ford coming out with a new style, they have....the roush its about 8 k more for a body kit custom intieror and other stuff...if u can afford it i'd definatly go for the roush. ford will be coming out with 3 different stage roush's stage one-as i decribe b 4. stage to suspension and stage 3 is a 5.6 supercharged engine and they havent released any speces except they say it will be well over 400 hp and your looking at probly 50k for that and the mpg will be shitty

Re: What's the MPG on these?

if you wanted to know the mileage of the 05 GT all you simply had to do was go look at the window sticker of one at your local dealership
