front end shake

i have a 2000 malibu with 103k on the clock....the problem is that when i use the brakes between 20 and 40 miles per hour i get a shimmy or shake in the steering.....it only does this at those speeds.....anything above or below it is just fine....has new wheel bearings, calipers, rotors, and brake pads......any ideas would be great.....thankz.......

Sounds like there's something wrong with your rotors. I know u mentioned u have new rotors.....but i had the same problem, i had my rotors turned, and the problem was fixed.

Or it could be struts. Or it could be alignment. But it really sounds like one wheel is out of balance.

Who cares? Put a martini shaker on the dash, get vanity plates that say "007 RIDE" and drive around town selling drinks!

yeah and I love cruise control for when you have had too many of those martinis! Set it at the speed limit and concentrate on the steering! Hmm any cops in this forum. LOL
