2003 Expedition Sub Amp Wiring

I want to upgrade the factory Amp and Subwoofer in a 2003 Expy with the CD6 head unit. I really can't lose any cargo space so I am planning to just upgrade the stock sub and stock 8" sub in the same box.

My question is, does anyone know the descriptions for the six wires going into the stock sub amp or have a wiring diagram for the stock stereo system:

1. Green/Purple (Thick)
2. Black (Thin)
3. Red/Black (Thin)
4. Black/Orange (Thick)
5. Black/Orange (Thin)
6. Green/Purple (Thin)

That looks like the power diagram from the fuse box.
I'm looking for the plug that goes directly into the sub amp. It would be located above the driver side rear wheel, mounted to the sub box.

The amp has the wires listed above going in and 2 pair of wires going out to the sub.

I think I found it. It is the subwoofer, not the subwoofer amplifier. See if this is it.

That looks like the right one. I'll just have to figure out the color differences. Thanks for all your help!
