aghh DEXICOOL..I hate it!
Ok so anyone else have a dexicool problem?\
I have replaced my heater core and flushed out the system the best way i could. Brown yucky sludge came out. I run the engine and still only one of the heater core hoses is hot the other cold> is it plugged up again??>? I had heat for about ten minutes then it stopped again. Maybe the water pump is bad from the dexicool??? It doesn't overheat at all even though only one side of the heater core hoses is hot, thought maybe the coolent has to get to the other side of the engine to cool it down and it went through that. what do you guys think? |

Reverse flush the heater core.
Flushed the best you could? What does that mean? Replace the rad cap with anything other than an AC delco.
