Miss understanding

My "Cold War" thread just got closed because of a missunderstanding. The common thought was that I was trying to get you (the AF community) to do my homework. That is very not true. I wrote those questions. The assignment was to write 10 questions then interview as many people as I could with a minimum of one interview. So I figured that since AF is viewed around the world I could get some good answers. See I wasn't trying to get people to do my homework. I would've put this in the Cold War thread, but someone locked it (mmmhmmm moderators). If I wasted your time, here is my insincerest appology. Sorry.

Re: Miss understanding

So maybe you should have gone to a nursing home as well? Oh wait, or is this due tomorrow and you're doing it last minute?

Re: Miss understanding

When I was in school, we used to get off our asses and go out and find people to interview....not sit at the PC and type our question on the internet and hope somebody answers.
You have not gone 'above and beyond', you're sitting on the internet enjoying yourself while you wait for the answers to deliver themselves to you.

You may not have been born, but your parents were, so were a lot of your neighbours, did you go around and ask them about their childhood which was during the cold war?

Re: Miss understanding

Come on reakray, give him a break. I'd help ya man, but I'm only 18. I got a lot of info from Raz and other people because of the internet for my essay. It was on health insurance, everywhere else is different than the US with this. He has a legite point, AF is a world community and we keep those stupid math questions alive.

Something better Skyline, PM people or IM some of these guys.

Re: Miss understanding

If you consider, I am giving him a break, this thread is still open isn't it

How many members of AF are old enough to have any idea that they were even living in the cold war era though?

How many members of AF are old enough to have any idea that they were even living in the cold war era though?
