TS-51 Question
I am currently building the Telefonica RC211V and have just started painting the body with the reccomended TS-51, I am buidling it up lightly and am so far very satisfied with the colour.
Now, my can of TS-51 says Telefonica Blue on it and I am worried that I may not have enough paint in the can to finish the job. In the hobby store all of the TS-51 sprays have Racing Blue on them. I would hope that Tamiya did not change the colour but the difference in description worries me, Anybody know any more than me about the colour that is in the can?

Hey,
It would be pretty messed up if they changed the color hue n pigment. It is only the name that has changed. If it seems to be diff, test it out 1st to be sure. Good luck:-D Frank X.

They're the exact same, they just changed the name.

Man, you guys are quick!! I was thinking it would be messed up for them to change the colour, I'll get a can and try it out.

TS-51 was originally released for the Telefonica sponsored bike kit, but the color is approved by the Team Williams for the FW-24 kit, so when the FW-24 kit was released, Tamiya changed the name of TS-51.
