Electrical Problem

Alright heres the deal. I installed a remote start keyless entry on a 98 honda accord 4cyl. Everything went smoothly. Went out the next morning car wouldnt start, not even with the key. The catch is when installing this unit I never cut any ignition wires only taped in to them. So no factory connections were broke. I need help finding a few things and help with resetting the ecu if the antitheft sys has locked up. is there a starter lockout/ valet button. The one thing I am ashamed to ask you guys is where's the starter fuse? Silly I know, but I cant find that thing,is it labeled something else? Step by step what should I do? All lights and air, all accessories work just fine. no starter. Again, all connections are sound and I am pretty familiar with wiring and installs. This just seems to be a stupid problem. Please help.
