Question i need specs

I need to know how many ft/lb tq to tighten the head, intake manifold and exhaust manifold on a D15b vtec. Im thinking it should be the same as the Z6 motor. Also just as important…I use all the gaskets and timing belt from the 92-95 z6 …right?

Re: i need specs

Torque specs

Cyl Head bolts.- first step= 22 ft lbs,
second step= D15Z1 & D16Z6= 53 ft lbs
D15B7 & D15B8= 49 Ft lbs
exaust man. to head=23 ft lbs
intake man. to head= 17 ft lbs

Not sure about the gaskets or timing belt though. Hope it helps

Re: i need specs

<[email protected]> Shoot this guy a message, he probably have the conversion harness you need. He has a ebay store and sells the jumper harnesses, if you talk to the guy he'll give ya a pretty good deal.
